Terms of Service

1. About Ayoo

Ayoo ("Ayoo", "we", "us") provides an SMS-based introductions service for live events. An event organizer publishes an event code; attendees opt in, share a short profile, and Ayoo suggests one-to-one introductions between attendees by text message.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ayoo. By using Ayoo you confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

3. How the service works

Ayoo collects your mobile phone number for event check-in and may, with your separate and explicit consent, send SMS messages to you about the event you joined. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of attending an event or using the service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the profile information you provide (name, interests, what you're looking for, etc.). You grant Ayoo a limited license to use that information to produce introductions for other attendees at the same event and to operate and improve the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit information that is false, misleading, or belongs to someone else;
• use Ayoo to harass, solicit, or send spam to other attendees;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service;
• use Ayoo for anything other than legitimate event introductions.

6. SMS messages

If you opt in to SMS, message frequency varies by event and is typically 2–6 messages during the event window. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS opt-in page for full details.

7. Disclaimers

Ayoo is provided on an "as is" basis. Ayoo does not verify the identity or claims of other attendees; introductions are suggestions, not endorsements. Meeting anyone you are matched with is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ayoo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
